Christmas Day

Since I've regained all the weight I lost this year I started working out last week. On Tuesday and Thursday I rode exercise bikes at work. Tuesday I rode one for 10 minutes at level three. Thursday I rode one for 10 minutes at program 1, interval 1. Yesterday I did a Walk Away tape and walked one mile. The tape was more aerobic than I thought it might be. I'll do more exercise again on Monday. I haven't lost any weight yet but my body feels better.

I have to get ready for church now.
