I finished Bookmark Now: Writing in Unreaderly Times edited by Kevin Smokler about a week or so ago. I really enjoyed it and am recommending it to others. I spent last week gorging on writing and literary magazines.
This weekend I started and finished The Colorado Kid by Stephen King. It's a little yarn about an unsolved mystery. It was an entertaining read.
I did a lot of writing today. While at the library I finished up one story for the paying gig. I did a drabble love letter to Zilla. I started another story for the paying gig and worked on one I had started a week or so ago. I started my writing assignment for my writing group's meeting next weekend. I also did a writing exercise with music in it.
After the library I finished the story I started. I started an entry for the newest Writer's Digest challenge.
I did two loads of laundry, and watched hours of television. I'm feeling rather accomplished and know I will not want to get up in the morning due to staying up so late.
