Thursday night I saw Alonyka. I fell asleep for some of it, but thought it was funny. Nothing could really top the feeling I had earlier in the day, though.

Friday night I saw The Brown Bunny which I thought was a beautiful film. I walked into it 20 minutes late (basketball game traffic sucks!) but was able to keep up. At the second showing, we stayed for the first 25 or 30 minutes before leaving. We had a nice enjoyable dinner at Old Bag of Nails for a few hours until some drunken men began to shout, "Michigan is a whore!" followed by "Your mother is too!" "Only on Sundays." etc. Granted, we were there from 9:30pm to 11:15pm, but I'd still not expect to hear that being shouted across a restaurant. After 15 to 20 minutes of peace they did it again. I was really pissed. We go there for dinner about once a month. I'm going to write to the manager and I don't plan on going there again for a while.

Saturday I woke up late, went to the downtown library, went to Meijer then Kroger for groceries and then came home. When I left Kroger I saw a corgi in the car next to me. I flirted with him for a bit before I got too embarrassed. I watched Under the Tuscan Sun on DVD. I like Audrey Wells' work. I later went to see The Radio City Christmas Spectacular with my mother-in-law. It was nice to spend some time with her.

In a few hours, I'll be at my parents house. We're having Thanksgiving with them today. They will be happy since we're bringing the dog. My mom just loves him. Of course, how could anyone not love this face?
