Halfway There

Friday morning we put an offer on the most promising of the houses. The counter offer arrived this morning and we've already issued a new offer. I was little surprised they wanted to move the closing date up. :)

I have some pictures (none taken by us) of the house. We drove by it after lunch today. Two of my husband's coworkers/friends live on the next street over. We waved at one of them as she was strolling down the street with her youngest child.

Beautiful! I love all the colors in the rooms. That red one was real pretty.

You know, when I saw that green my mind started ticking away with all the froggy goodness I could do to that room! Hahahah.

I wish you luck!!

One of the reasons for picking it is the colors. Overall it doesn't need a lot of work and we can just move in. We don't have much furniture so by the time we get it exactly the way we want it may be time to move. haha

Thank you! I'm hoping we hear an acceptance today.

If we get it, it will feel a little weird since the house is nicer than any furniture we have to put inside it. :) I can understand why people get tied to their houses on the weekends but it's usually because there are projects to make the house "better".

Wow, that's stunning! It looks so like the Old Queen Anne homes in Seattle. They are always so beautiful!

I love that it looks like it's on a corner and the way the garden is lush and affords some privacy of the deck.

Good luck!!! :)
