The Weekend

Friday night we stayed home, Saturday night we stayed home and Sunday night we stayed home. :)

Watched The Mothman Prophecies which freaked me out a bit. One of hubby's friends was brought in to work on the script but didn't get a credit which was weird but he's given credit in the Wikipedia entry. The timing though, of the bridge collapse had me confused. From the 2007 I-35W Mississippi River bridge collapse I knew the last Ohio bridge collapse was in the 60s. The movie was set in modern day (cell phones and such) and since Point Pleasant is on the border of Ohio and West Virginia the last Ohio bridge collapse was the only one that made sense to me.

I have the Puppy Bowl taped so I can watch it later this week. There are several Cardigans in it and I heard through the grapevine that there is a Pembroke too. At last count CorgiAid had raised $15252 from the Polar Bear Picnic. This amount doesn't count funds raised through special magnet or cafepress sales. Wow. That's a lot of money generated from one event.
