Pumped Up!

Saturday evening/Sunday morning I saw Let The Right One In. It was fantastic. Unfortunately, it's probably one of the few times it will play in Columbus. All I knew about it was that it was a Swedish vampire movie. I knew nothing about the novel behind it or anything about the plot. It's bittersweet, it's darkly funny, and it RAWKED! From what I've read of the novel, there were some things left out of the movie that would have muddied things up a bit. There is already an American remake planned. I usually don't see movies before the books but this was a good exception. It kept me pumped up and happy until the monotony of normal Monday stuff got in the way.
