I still have a dozen and a half eggs from last time. Husband has been enjoying egg dishes for breakfast once a week. I really must make a quiche! I made Italian Beef with the last chuck roast and that turned out well. My husband kept smelling something good and couldn't figure out where it was coming from since the oven wasn't on. We had sandwiches one night and another night had the meat with rice and lentils.
The last two weeks I've read The Outlander by Gil Adamson and Spellbent by Lucy A. Snyder. They're different (although they both have gun totin' heroines) and both full of awesome!
