My gym had a makeover some months back and got a lot of new equipment. I tried the cardio workout on the bikes a few days ago. It was brutal! Each time I pedaled it paused the damn timer because my heart rate was too high. (It changes the tension to keep your heart rate up. So it would change it to harder when I was in mid-pedal and then pause it.) it took twice as long to do. Since then I have been doing the treadmill. I feel like I've been getting a good workout. I'm sweating during it but not sweaty when I'm done.
