On Tuesday, I was really feeling crappy at work due to women issues. It was so bad I almost threw up. Fortunately, it got better at the end of the day. Then I put on my big girl panties and went to the Zumba class at the gym. For 45 minutes I was uncoordinated, and alternated between wondering when the agony would stop and getting into the music. According to my FitBit I did about 2 miles of steps in that time. Afterwards I felt really energized. I want to go again!

Awesome! Maybe Zumba is the cure for women problems...
