Saturday's News

Today we saw Yes which I enjoyed. The dialogue is entirely iambic pentameter.

We also went to Half Price Books where my husband found more books for me. Just when I think the piles are getting smaller! ;)

After searching several places we got me the EverQuest expansion Depths of Darkhollow. I played with the new UI a little bit but that was it. In a few days I'll get my spirit shroud and start the quests.

We went to two libraries today. Finally I can read Freakonomics. Yesterday I finished The Ghost Writer. I'm not so sure I liked the ending to the book. Tonight I started reading Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz. This is the first book of his I've read. I just found out a sequel will be released in November. I'm reading it for my book club.

We're still getting caught up on tv shows. We watched The Biggest Loser season premiere, Prison Break, and The Real World. I know I watch too much tv but I just can't help it. I've been having fun snuggling on the couch with my husband. Tonight the Corgi decided he wanted to cuddle with me. He ended up falling asleep across my lap so I couldn't get up to get a facial tissue or drink my water. He was so peaceful looking that I didn't want to disturb him. Plus it would have set him off into fish flop mode which he did earlier in the evening. He did a head butt to my stomach a few times when he did the fish flop. Strange dog.
