One More Night of Freedom

I really was much more productive yesterday than it sounded. :)

I changed the bag on the vacuum cleaner and gave the downstairs a good sweep as well as the stairs to the 2nd floor. At first my allergies were a little bothered but they got over it before too long.

The dog and I went for a short walk around the neighborhood. We met a man working on the bushes in his front yard. "Hello lady walking the dog. How are you today?" He thought Zilla was a Yorkie. He tried to talk to Zilla but Zilla was much more interested in the smells coming from the ground cover in the front yard. He loves to poke his nose into those things. Later in our walk two boys walked up to us and I said they could pet him. Their dad was standing in the backyard watching us trying to figure out what they were doing. The youngest one showed me a pair of broken eyeglasses he was carrying. The earpiece had snapped right off. I don't think the glasses belonged to him or his brother. Zilla was so tired that he just laid down for them to pet him. Lazy dog.

Tonight I took him for his first walk of the evening. My next door neighbors came home and loved on him. I don't think they liked him at first but they both came over on their own to greet him so I let them pet him and a miracle happened! He didn't get any hair on them and she was wearing a black dress no less.

Work was just kind of work today. It went by pretty quickly though.

I finished Woman on Top while I ate my dinner. I think the first hour was the best part.

What am I going to do with my last night of freedom? Probably not much other than hang out and have fun.
